Often we’re asked how to re-configure a space to make better use of the existing living area, while other times homeowners have no use for a current space and want to change it into an entirely different room. When that is the case, it’s helpful to work with ICG as we’ve done countless home improvement projects that not only potentially change the look of a home’s inner space but can also include re-working of the outer supporting structures, as well.

The Process
ICG realizes that during the construction process we will be visitors in your home and strive to make the process at least intrusive as possible. Since ICG is a family owned business, we know that up front communication is key. We also know that transparency is very important, so any costs, changes or other information that could affect the project are always provided to you in a timely manner. In the beginning you will meet with the ICG team so they can gain an understanding of the full scope of work.
Next, after consultation with your architect (or IGC can provide one), you will be provided with a clear and concise estimate that outlines all of the anticipated costs.
Lastly, the actual construction work begins with us keeping you abreast of the progress along the way.
